This privacy policy serves as a translation of the original german document “Datenschutzerklärung” (https://www.martin-schwarzinger.com/datenschutz). Legally permissible is only the german version. The legal text of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) used in this document always refers to the german version called “Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO)”.

Scope

This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.
